The friendly staff at Alutech is ready to help progress your project from concept all the way through completion. Be aware that each step in the process creates variances in your project's final shipment dates. Overall, the lifeline of a general project involves several steps:

  1. Contact Alutech: The first step in any project is a consumer's need or interest. Traditionally, a customer will contact Alutech by calling 800-233-1144 and expressing their desire in our products.
  2. Gather Measurements: The next step is to send a friendly Alutech sales associate to the desired location to gather measurements for a given opening.
  3. Drafting: Next, pictures or drawings of the prospective openings are constructed, followed by a communication and response from Alutech’s esteemed staff.
  4. Quote & Estimates: When the customer is satisfied with the drawings constructed, a formal quotation outlining price, specifics, and availability of products will be provided.
  5. Manufacturing: Finally, once the customer signs the quote and a deposit is made, the order is placed into production.
  6. Production times vary according to the number of orders currently in production; however the average time for shipment once an order is placed into production is 2-4 weeks. A parts order placed by a customer shall be processed and shipped within a couple of days.
  7. Installation is the final step towards the completion of the project whereby contractors come to the job site and install the ordered materials to create the final and finished product.
